UCLA’s Bruin Plate Cookbook

I produced this cookbook for one of UCLA’s resident dining establishments, Bruin Plate. This cookbook features “student-favorites” and “most-requested” recipes. The beautiful food photography was done by the photographer Skyler Burt. The book features a matte laminate cover with a custom spot gloss varnish, printed end sheets, and a custom belly band. The cookbook was printed by Friesens in Manitoba, Canada.
